Refund

It's important to let the Lash Technician know if you have any allergies, have had any issues with lashes prior to your visit to Glam Spa by Shannique.  Please note that services are final and we do not offer refunds.  Once a service has been done, it can't be exchanged or refunded.  

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY:

Glam Spa requires that you provide more than 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. This will enable another glam babe client who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. Glam babe clients that do not show up to their appointment or that cancel within less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. The cancellation and no show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the their next appointment.

Refusal of service:

Glam spa reserves the right to refuse service.

EXTENDED HOURS POLICY:

Normal hours of Glam Spa operation fall between 9am - 5pm PT from Monday through Saturday. Starting June 5 of 2017, extended hours will be made available to glam babes who have a glam emergency. $50 - $100 fee will be applied in addition to the cost of services to be performed. Talk to your artist to schedule an appointment during extended hours.

LATE POLICY:

Glam babe clients that come late to their appointment forfeit their time missed. Glam Spa can only perform services during the original allotted appointment time. As an example, if a glam babe arrives 30 minutes late for an hour appointment, Glam Spa will only perform services for the remaining 30 minutes. The client will still be expected to pay the full cost of service, due at the end of the appointment.
